New 1.3.1 – QoL and greater charset support

This update brings the following changes:

• Scrolling can now snap to images that fill most or all of the screen height, to more easily see them in their entirety.
• D-Pad button presses now repeat when held.
• Images now also support styling properties "margin-top" and "margin-bottom".
• Added support for Spanish, French language characters, plus some additional glyphs for math and punctuation.
• Added support for receiving serial messages.
