Constellation 1.4 out! – Reeltastic!

This version adds support for animated images, known as Reels.

All changes include:

• New Reel element which plays a sequence of frames at a given interval.
• New pre-label for buttons.
• More energy efficient image drawing.
• Fixed issues with snapping of images to the top edge.
• Fixed issue where pressing a button with no defined action would crash the browser.
